Aim and Scope

Focus and Scope

The Electronic Journal of Business and Management (EJBM) (e-ISSN: 2550-1380) is an open access, peer reviewed international online journal that publishes scholarly papers relevant to the business and management disciplines. The EJBM publishes four times in a year. An issue will be published once a minimum of five papers have been accepted for publication.

EJBM is committed to writing empirical and theoretical scholarly research papers that have a high effect on the wider management field. Fresh theories or new perspectives on current studies are welcomed by the publication. It encompasses a wide spectrum of industry, digitalisation and management of technologies, management, accounting and finance, humanities and social sciences.

Peer Review Process

For reviewing applications, EJBM uses a double-blind peer review process. Prior to a blinded peer review by members of the Editorial Board, the published papers will be reviewed by the Editor in Chief. Within 3-6 weeks, authors will be advised of journal decisions.

Publication Frequency

In the next available issue of the journal, which typically happens quarterly, EJBM publications are published upon acceptance (MARCH, JUN, SEPT and DEC). Publications in the journal are non-chargeable.

Open Access Policy

EJBM has immediate open access to its content on the premise that greater global information sharing is facilitated by making findings publicly accessible to the public.
